Was bored today so i decided to go do stadiums at the school. When i got there though the team was just leaving so i decided to go with them even though they were running seven. Going into it i dont know how i would do as i dont run that much maybe 3 to 4 times a week. I felt fine all the way until the top of the hospital hill and that is also when my shoe came untied, but i knew if i untied it i would fall behind so i just delt with it. Finished the run with the main pack it felt nice, actually made me really miss running with the team. I am in alot better shape then i thought i was, but i still think i will feel this one tommorow.
