Am-3 Got to bed really early last night so i feel better today

Pm-Icehouse. Man that hill is a killer! last time we ran it i couldnt make it all the way up, but this time i did! Felt great today

Am-8 Ran 30 minute tempo with krenshaw this morning. The first mile we hit a 5:50 and i felt fine. After that my hip started acting up and hurt alot, so i stayed about 10-15 feet back from krenshaw until i got lost on the turn on the river trail and wandered a little bit. I still hit a solid tempo with an average of about 6:05-6:10 so not that bad but not as good as last week. I strtetched and rolled so my hips feel better

AM-3 and plyos

PM-7 1x800 2x400 4x200 on old man hills. My legs felt like concrete almost the entire time. I tried to just stay right behind krenshaw which i did on most of them. My legs finally started to feel better with 2x200's left. Weights after it was hard i was tired

PM-5 Today we had our time trail. I was upset but oh well its only the first one of the season. Whenever i race i tense up and get really tight in my arms and it slows me down alot i need to learn to relax like i do in practice and i think i would go alot faster. My time i belive was a 5:31

Pm-8 Had our 30 minute tempo today! i wasn't feeling to good before so i decided to slow the pace just a little, and ran with stoner and jake it was still a hard pace but easy enough where i could still talk and got the legs sore. Average was 6:35 I belive.

Pm-6 Just a nice easy recovery day, so nice in fact that all twenty boys took their shirts off, what a white thing to see. It was a nice easy run, we had a strong pace towards the end. Stretched for about 15 minutes after the run.

Am-3 with plyos

Pm-5.5 was worried because i was super tired from singing all day but once i was running i wasn't tired at all actually. We had 10x400 i was supposed to hit 40's so my times were 40, 40, 40, 39, 40, 40, 40, 40, 40, 40. It seemed effortless to get these times to so it was a nice easy workout for me. I feel like i could do a lot more of these.

pm-5 Ran prospector i was feeling not great until the turnaround. After that though i felt great, but i took a wrong turn and got stuck in the back.

Today We had 10-15 minutes of LT tempo. I started up by the dirt mile and had my mom drop me off, then went down towards the fields because there was alot of downhill to help me hit my times.. After the 15 mintes my average was a 5:55

Am- Did my workout of 3x800 on old man hills. I woke up at six so about 8 i was bored so i went over. My first one my legs were still warming up and i didn't feel to good, the next two were really good probobly the best i have done on these.

Pm-3 miles nice and easy by myself.

PM-4x1600 at 6:16. This workout felt really easy. The only problem was going to fast. Our times were 6:02 6:15 6:11 6:11. I

Am-3.5 Ran around my mountain

PM-7 Ran a little warm up because i was late and then had 200's I did most of them alone. In my head for some reason i was thinking 20 but then on number 17 i rembered that we only had 14...my bad. My splits were 39,39,39,39,39,38,39,38,39,39,39,31 got a little excited there haha 39,39,39,29 (i thought my watch said 29 so i thought i was going slow so i sped up a lot but it turns out it said 19) 39. Did a nice cool down and stretched a little

Ran my tempo after working at the half marathon. It was fun to see everybody from our team do so well. My tempo went pretty good i was really relaxed and hit a 6:10 average.

AM-4 with 4x fartleks but ended up doing about 5 because i did one at the beggining cuz i was late. they felt fine

PM-3 alright. All day my back and hips have hurt. also we practiced for the decathalon i really like the javelin and think i might want to do it at a few meets

AM-6.5 Kosmin test. It was really cold but i did good i got about 5 feet better than last time

Pm-3.5 Found out i am really bad at the decathalon or at least at sprinting, and that is why i run long distance haha
