Pv time trial...kind of (1 Miles) 00:05:21 | | I didn't know if i should enter this in as a race or not. I decided to because it was a new pr. I felt really nice and relaxed during this and had even splits of a 1:20 every lap. I felt really smooth and i didn't get down on myself when i got passed once. I reallly like where coach put out the cones to surge it helped alot, and when he shoved me the last lap. This race gave me a lot of confidence going into the meet this week and i know how good i can do! | Add Comment |

| | Today I decided to ride with my dad and his buddies. We rode 51 miles and averaged 17.5 It was really hard at about mile 30 and really helped me with my mental toughness I am exhausted. | Add Comment |
| | Biked 40 miles with reed and kyte. Kyte was longboarding so we went really slow but nice to get some exercise long time in the bike seat, it took us almost 5 hours | Add Comment |
