well today i was kinda nervous for the race but i started out pretty good i kept up with the top guys for a tiny. I was really happy with my first mile which the guy at the mile mark said was about a 5:56 so that was nice well todays goal for me was get in the top 20 and break 20 minutes the first goal of getting in the top 20 was succesful as i got 20th haha the time goal however was 2 lame seconds of but i guess that is an improvement. at the end of the race i felt not as tired as i thought i think i could have pushed just a bit harder oh well theres always next race |
