Ran on the treadmill tonight while listening to once a runner. It was some nice motivation to listen as I ran, but wow it felt like I was running forever. At the beginning I felt like I was going to trip on the treadmill or something, but figured it out in the end. After that I biked a mile or two to cool down, then lifted weights.

I am up at BYU, but not really there much, I work full time and take night classes. Running is the only thing that keeps me sane:)
