Ran on the treadmill tonight while listening to once a runner. It was some nice motivation to listen as I ran, but wow it felt like I was running forever. At the beginning I felt like I was going to trip on the treadmill or something, but figured it out in the end. After that I biked a mile or two to cool down, then lifted weights.

It's been awesome to watch you rediscover running and the joys it brings to life outside of XC. Where are going to school?

I am up at BYU, but not really there much, I work full time and take night classes. Running is the only thing that keeps me sane:)
