Well I wrote out this super long thing and then it got deleted, it was a perfect day for a race! I ran with Kendall wilkey for the first 11 miles, it was great to have the support, we started with the 1:35 pacers and ran with them most of the way. Our first three miles gave us a good cushion 7:04 6:52 6:45. Mile three was one of the hardest actually for some reason. The next three were all downhill 6:33 6:39 6:52 I donít even remember the next few miles, it had some nice rolling hills 6:53 7:12 7:15. 7:06. At this point Matt jumped in and we started to distance ourselves from the pacers. There was a lot of hills the last three miles, I was glad Matt was there as support 7:09 7:04 7:00. I am happy with how it all turned out, I was a little worried because of my training. I look forward to the next one,
