AM-3.5 Finally starting to feel in shape a little bit, hopefully that helps me relax on my runs more. I stretched more than usual beforehand, and it really helped, because last run I just felt really tight the entire time. Slowly but surely this week I am going to start building my mileage.
PM-2 Just took a nice easy run a long way home after picking up melodie. It was a lot of down hill. But my legs felt great.
