Quick 4 miles in the morning. My hip felt a little funny for the first mile or two, but after that it was all good.
PM-3 This felt way hard, and then I looked at my watch and realized why, I was going way too fast. But still a nice stress reliver after work
Also I watched free to run last night, a documentary about how running went from an absurd thing that people do, to a sport that millions love today. It talked a lot about women breaking down the barrier of running in a marathon and the start of the new york marathon. It was a really interesting film!
