Today I found some hills for a workout. I ended up doing 10x1 minute hills. I forgot how much hills make my legs ache. I was surprised I was feeling really tired on about 5 but then after that i got in a groove, the last one felt just as smooth as the first. I averaged about 6:10 up the hills. Then just cooled down to 5. I really need to work on my recovery pace, it was probably a little too slow.
