Half Marathon Finish
Short-Term Running Goals:
My goals right now are just to get back into shape, I would love to run a half marathon in the spring.
Long-Term Running Goals:
I think a lot of my hip and knee pain has to do with me having weak hips, So I am going to start working out more. The run was nice though, a little knee pain, but nothing unbearable.
I think I am just going to do some really easy miles for a week or two, I think maybe I built mlies up too fast, I just don't want to get injured again.
A little pain but nothing major, Enjoying running right now, life is good.
Woke up nice and early and ran around Kiwanis park, I forgot how much slower grass feels than road. It was a good run, still just taking things easy.
