Today we had 9 miles with a 30 minute tempo. i was kinda nervous how it was gonna go because i have never ran 9 miles or ran a tempo for that long. it went pretty good i felt strong the whole way through i kinda ran by myself almost the whole run though but my goal was to beat the other level 2 guys so i guess i did that. i am excited for the track meet friday i hope i do well
