PM-6 We had 600 400 300 200 100 x2 all at race pace. I felt really good on these i tried to keep myself really smooth and controlled even though i was going face. My times for the first set were 1:58, 1:18 59, 38, 17,. I was tired at this point but not bad the recovery of only one hundred made it hard. The next set i was in the front and tried to push these but was still reallly relaxed. 1:57 1:17 58. 35, 16. The second set was alot faster. These past two workouts have made me really confident! Great workout other than i just remebered as im typing this i left my jacket on the track.... |
