after a long day of flying to Baltimore i ran to give my legs a nice shakeout after sitting for so long. Hopefully I can get a run in tomorrow, I might be in meetings all day.

No run today, as i was stuck at the airport all day. I guess i could have ran up and down those flat escalator things, but probably would have got some weird looks. I finished born to run on the plane though, I really enjoyed it the second time through. My plane landed at 1 in the morning so my body is pretty tired.

This week has been really stressful, running is the only time I have to clear my head. my right felt super tight most of the run tonight, Stretched it out a lot after the run. Congrats to the PVXC teams on doing so well at state, y'all are amazing!

Had kind of a frustrating night due to midterms, so I went on a run to help clear my head. Did about 6 fartleks throughout the run. My right knee still feels a little funny, it dosen't hurt, just feels funny. Also I will be in St. george this weekend, if anyone wants to go on a run!

Long day of work and then driving down to st george. I got out for a run pretty late, but it felt nice after sitting in the car.

AM-4 Ran with matt today, it was a good chill run. Really nice to have someone to run with, it makes it feel a lot easier. The last mile was all uphill and matt decided he wanted to finish hard, because our last mile was about a 6:40 uphill.

PM-3 miles around the mountain.
