I need to wake up earlier so I can get longer runs in. At least it was nice outside.

A nice exploring run, I ended up going a bit farther than I had planned. Had a good uphill push for about a mile. My legs felt really tired during the first three and a half miles but then loosened up.

Ran later at night. I felt pretty weak, probably from a lack of food, but my legs felt alright. I stretched a lot after the run.

Went and did a small workout on the track at BYU. Wow i am not in speed shape that is for sure. It has been a long time since i have tried to run a decently fast 400. I ran a 200, 400, 800, 400, 200. My times were 36, 1:15, 2:40 1:13, 30. Good workout, I want to do more speedwork and get used to going faster.
