No run today, my legs were dying from saturday.

A nice slow 3 miles, legs felt a lot better after the run, a lot of the soreness is gone.

Today was a bit warmer, so thats good! I am trying to decide what my next race is going to be, I want to sign up for another just to stay motivated. I might run dogtown in february, or the southern utah half in april, or if i feel real adventurous maybe both.
