PM-7 Ran warm up and then we had 1000's i didn't know how many we had but oh well coach said not to kill them. The first one i felt fine and was hardly breathing most of the time my times were 3:16 3:16 3:16 3:17 3:16 and coach all of the sudden said we were done. It felt really easy which was good because these were the times i ran at the beggining of the year and would be exhausted after.
Pm-5 We ran out to the storage units. I was feeling really bad the whole time and at the end once we stopped i got really bad spasms in my stomach it was weird.
Pm-Had sunrise tire hills happy day....not. On the way over i wasn't feeling to great though. We got there and started and i felt fine again. I really worked on my turnover when i got tired it helped alot. Everytime i took about 4th or 3rd out of the guys Jason was always in the front. I put my shirt at the top of the hill for motivation if i ever wanted to stop at the bottom i would have to go back up and get my shirt. It actually worked the 4th one i really wanted to stop but I had to go get my shirt haha. Overall it went pretty well nice to have a good workout.
