Pm- Ran a workout of 1x1200 1x1000 1x800 1x600 and had two sets my hip was hurting really bad on the warmup so i wondered how long it would last. I went throught the first set and started the second 1200 when my hip made a big pop and it hurt really bad. It was kinda sad because i was feeling great today my breathing was fine and me danny and josh had a solid group. I stretched and went home and iced and hopefully it will feel better
