| | Today we just ran 5 it was pretty chill the first half and then the second half we slowly started picking up the pace till we were moving pretty quick i kept up though and it felt pretty good. i can't wait till track season!! | |
| | Today we had 9 miles with a 30 minute tempo. i was kinda nervous how it was gonna go because i have never ran 9 miles or ran a tempo for that long. it went pretty good i felt strong the whole way through i kinda ran by myself almost the whole run though but my goal was to beat the other level 2 guys so i guess i did that. i am excited for the track meet friday i hope i do well |
| | Today we had 10x400 at the very begging i couldn't really get my legs moving they were really sore from yesterdays workout about the first i hit a 1:20 which is what my target goal was then manu and matt came and ran and they really helped push me the 3 times i ran with them i got about a 1:18 The ninth was a 1:15 then my final one i had to wait a second cuz i was getting cramps so i ran it with the varsity guys and i got a 1:13 today it felt like the more i did the better i felt i like this workout alot | |

Today i didnt really want to run after the hours of work and getting up at 330 in the morning but i did anyway! i ran a nice easy 3 around my mountain other than it was blazing hot outside and i was sweating like crazy! i am so glad we run in the morning when it is cool outside | |
| | Today we ran up on parkway. i felt pretty tight the first mile but after that i felt fine and really relaxed. I love running in the morning it just makes the rest of my day go so much better | |
| | Today we did the dirt mile i felt great the entire time i love finally getting in to good enough shape where this is easy again! After we had kids club i still dont think any of the little girls in my group like me haha but they did vote i was cooler than wes so that is a plus | |

| | Today we did 4 on the grass plus striders. It was a really quiet run without matt there..and apparently i cant do the BAM correctly. The whole run my legs felt really heavy, and i felt pretty tired i shoud prolly go to sleep eariler! Striders were good i tried to really focus on my form i felt really strong on them though. |
| | So i got home from leadership camp at 2, i didnt get aroudn to running until about 4. Right before i started running i looked at the tempeture it was a wopping 106 degrees. I felt fine till about mile 3 when the heat hit me, i was waiting for somebody to have sprinklers on or something but sadly nothing i dont think i have ever been that thirsty or sweaty during a run even though i did steal a drink out of some random persons hose |

I felt really great the entire time. once we got down there we did 8 10 second hill bounds i didnt really get how to do them at the begginging but i somewhat got what i was doing by the end of them. After we finished those we ran a half mile till we turned around. Then the horrible part of coming out of hells hole cuz the giant hill, but actually the hill wasn't that bad i was just thinking of bounding the whole time. The group got kinda spread out on the hill so on the way back it was just me jason and josh. | |

Before my run i went and got new running shoes cuz my other ones dont seem to have long left. i felt great on this run other than the heat i was going around 7 minute pace the whole time and it felt easy. I have ran three saturdays in a row that ties for the amount i think for all last season...wow i was a slacker but that will change! |

PM-3 Just ran to arctic circle and back putting ice in your hat makes running in heat much more managable after we lifted weights and had a plank off to see who could plank longest i won with a time of 5:02 | |
| | Ran up ot the dirt mile today. My legs felt pretty sore from yesterday. We went a pretty good Pace on the two laps up there first one was 6: 57 i think and the second was around 6:35. After had kids club and for some reason the 1st grade girls decided they did not like me today and attacked me the whole time i even found a bite mark on my arm. | |

AM-8 Today we ran out to around staheli farm i felt alright most of the time my stomach hurt but thats probobly because i was hungry before the run. My left knee felt like it exploded around mile 7 it hurt way bad so i came home and iced it hopefully it feels better
PM- My knee was hurting really really bad at the begging i didnt know if i was gonna finish the easy three miler but the more i went the more it loosened up so that was good! Weights after did 45 pull ups...my arms are sore | |
| | Today we went and ran up at the dirt mile. My knee really hurt today but i stuck with the group. Im going ot ice and take ibeuprofen or however thats spelled. Mile times up at the dirt mile were pretty quick 6:36 and 6:24 somewhere around there. Kids camp was fun today they didn't attack me! |

AM-6 Today we ran hills i was supposed to run 3x1 minute and 4x30 seconds i started and felt great the first two i was in the front and then the third one my knee just started hurting way bad so i just ran around a neighborhood to make mileage as they finished up the hills i hope my knee gets better i hate not being able to do the full workout

AM-10 Today was my first 10 miler it seemed to feel like forever long. The first few miles my legs couldnt really get moving but after they finally loosened out i was fine.

AM-10 We ran out to grapevine and then out into coral canyon i felt amazing on this run after the big hill it was just me, casey, jason, and coach. There was alot of hills in this run i thought they would never end. We had the last 3 miles tempo i know the first one was 6:05 but then i kinda fell off but not too much until i got a drink at coaches house i am not sure about the other miles but i think i finiished in around 18 minutes which would be a PR sad i know..but that just proves how legit this year is gonna be!!

AM-5 Did 4 on the dirt mile then striders. Felt really sore and heavy today, probobly because yesterday was hard. I just kinda hung in the back the whole time. By the end of the run i had finally shaken my legs out at least a little bit

AM-6.75 Today we went down into hells hole to do a hill workout. We had 4x1minute and 6x30 seconds. The first one we started out real slow. By the end of the one minute ones though we got almost the exact same spot everytime, and i was always close to the front person. The first 30 second ones all the soccer guys took off so i just kinda stayed in the middle. The next few i just tried to stay by casey. The last one i had to really push myself to go fast im usuaally to wimpy to push myself but it felt good! So excited for this year
PM-3 Really tired but decided to go get the miles in. About a half mile in i saw casey, we were wearing the exact same thing....creepy. I ran with him for about 2 miles then came back home, it was a nice easy slow pace maybe a little to slow haha | |

Today i didn't get out till about 1 so it was way hot. I decided i didnt want to run the same boring trail so i went for a trail run. I went to the temple quarry trail by the new airport, I felt really good the whole time other than a giant hill then i felt how you do on most hills crappy. I kinda got lost about a mile in but eventually found my way back on to the trail. I really liked the trail i think we should run it as a team sometime! |

AM-10 Well today started out feeling a little tired but slowly as we got into the run felt better. We ran out past middleton towards dixie rock. at about 4 miles we had to stop to use the bathroom but it took byron like a stinking hour....okay maybe only 10 minutes. Then went another mile then flipped. After a mile we started our tempo i felt alright at the beggining not the best just tried to hang on to the pack. After about a half mile into the tempo i started feeling way good and kicked it up a little. I left jason and matt after that and tried to catch casey, i could tell he wasnt having his best day. I caught casey about a half mile before the tempo finished and then finished just ahead of him. This run made me really confident of all the things i can do in cross this season. This whole run i felt strong but not like i was going all out it was great!
PM-3 I dont know what it is but every single afternoon run i have gotton a sideache that wont go away the whole time hopefully that wont happen wendsday afteroon! Other than that it was good my legs werent sore at all from this morning but i still think i am gonna ice bathe tonight | |

AM-6 did 2 miles before going to the grass to do 3 more miles and striders. I was really quite today excited for the race this afternoon
Was kinda nervous for the race did the warm up and was feeling good. At the starting line the gun didnt work so the guy blew the whistle i went out strong and tried to get up by wes and red but some d hills kid hit me in to a garbage can....messed up right. The first half of the race i was far back on the team even though my first mile was 5:58 i moved my way up to 13th on the team i really overthought the first half of the race and the second half i just shut my mind off and raced. My second half was alot faster than my first which shows i can be minutes faster!! Really proud of the guys though they did amazing!! Abel and Nick were beast mode and it was there first race! Also congrats to Josh for breaking 18 i know he really wanted to. | |

Am-7 Today we went down into hells hole to do one of our last hill workouts! We started out pretty slow cuz we were all pretty tight from the race but gradually got faster. We had 5x1 minute and 7x30 seconds. I was near the front on every single one. I was only able to do about 3 30 second ones before i had to go cuz i had to get my car to my mom. So when i got home I finished it up and did 4 30 second ones on my street which is a pretty nice hill. |

Am-10 Ran out on the river trail really nice outside this morning. I really wanted it to rain but sadly it didnt. Ran with alot of the guys running 7 until they flipped then it was just me casey micheal jason and josh we had a fun time, We also saw a snake which could have been poisnious idk we arent snake experts. Todays run felt really easy for me not that much of a struggle when 3 weeks ago on my first 10 miler i thought i was gonna pass out. I am happy for 1000 tommorow i like workouts...strange.

AM-8 Today i had 6x1000 i was feeling really sore and tight during the warm up so i hoped it would come out. The first thousand i felt really good didnt want to take it to fast and die at the end of the workout me abel and braden all finished at the same time with 3:15 The second was 3:14 Then the next was 3:16 on that one i felt my calf start to tighten pretty bad but just pushed through. The next three times were 3:15 3:16 3:18 so all my times were pretty consistent and about 15 seconds faster than my fastest times last year! During the workout i would really fade at the hill i would just stay in the same speed and settle while abel and braden sped up so i would finish a few seconds behind so i need to work on that.
Pm-3 started running at about 4 it was hot but not that hot for st george. Started running really hoping i would see somebody to run with cuz i hate running alone, and then about like a quarter mile in i saw casey so i ran with him but apparently i interuppted the broadcast in his head im sorry haha. There was somewhat of a breeze so that felt really nice. I am really glad i have been doing afternoon runs so i am more accustomed to the heat now that school has started. |
| | Today we did a workout. It was the first one in the heat it was really hot. We had 4x2minute and 5x400. I felt weak this entire workout because i didnt eat enough today. On about the second 400 i got really dizzy probobly from the heat but after a rest i finished the workout. Goal for tommorow drink LOTS more water and eat more. |

PM-5 We ran 4 with 4x200 at the end. We ran up to green springs my legs felt fine we took it nice and easy. The 200's were good the third one i decided to go hard and focus on driving my knees and arms and i went really fast, but after that one i was super tired. |

Hurricane Invite (3 Miles) 00:19:22, Place overall: 11 | | Well today was race day i was excited to race today. Went for a warm up and felt good, but then we had to wait forever to start so i tightened up alot. My goal going into the race was top 10 i knew i could do it. The race started and i was near the front i may have started of to quick but i was just trying to stay up near the leaders. After the start we got into a more normal place i was in about 8th and stayed that way for about the first mile. That first mile was good for me because in races i usually cant keep my position well. Krenshaw and Dave caught me on the gravel section and i was right behind them after that. Coming out of the dirt road byron told me i was in the top 10 so i was smiling and trying to keep my postion. At the turnaround i could see a d hills kid behind me so i tried to push up the pace but my legs were dead because they were already tight before the race started. The d hills kid started going into like his finish pace but we still had about 3/4 of a mile i thought he would die off but he didnt. With about a quarter mile left coach told me to try to catch dave and krenshaw i started to sprint towards them but nothing was left so i couldnt. I finished somewhat strong, not my best time but just as good as a pr last year which is good. So close to my goal it was kinda sad but at least i was close! |

PM-7.5 Ran 4 before the time trial then had the time trial. Didnt feel good today felt sick before it started i got a 12:47. I was unhappy with the race but oh well there will be others. Ridge and Paul beat me which surprised me but made me motivated to work harder |

AM-4 woke up late and so decided to run on my own but about a half mile into my run i ran by hobbs and braden and flipped and ran with them back to the high school i was gonna turn around but i didnt really wanna run by myself so i ran with them.
PM-8 7 with striders We ran out towards the park by the old rec center i thought i was gonna die today cuz it was like a gillion degrees so grateful for water. Tommorow im gonna wear a hat and hopefully that helps. |

AM-4 Woke up at 5:55 so i was late. I had to run the whole thing alone which was actually kinda nice just me and my thoughts, and it was really silent. About halfway through the run i had this creeper van all of the sudden turn its lights on then go really slow behind me, then it sat going along beside me for like 2 minutes, so as you can imagine i was freaking out!! so i decided to fake tie my shoe and he still went slow. so i turned a random corner and he went off. Nothing like almost getting kidnapped in the morning, and this my friends is why you run with a buddy.....oh and did 4x200 at the end
PM-8 We had 8 miles with 30 minute tempo. I really like tempo runs but anyways i ran with Josh Braden and Matt we kept a nice tight group the whole time. We really pushed eachother, we didnt have a watch but my guess is we averaged around 6:30-6:20. The last mile of tempo we really pushed it and were probobly right around 6. Felt really reallly happy about this workout, my legs are spent lots of icing and stretching to come. Well tonight is our all nighter run a thon so i will probobly run some more miles there!!! | |

Pm-9 Well got to the race and statred warming up. felt alright but after three miles of warmup all the guys went and put their shoes on i kept warming up i ran about 5 miles ish and i felt really loose. I just wasn't feeling ready yet and needed time to think which i think helped. The race started and i went out with the lead pack of our guys it felt easy but then i got cut off and never saw them again i slowed a little on the last half of the first lap and lots of people passes me the last two laps i really focused on not anyone passing me but me passing others. At the end tried to catch reed came so close but my sprint was still good. Some positivies of today are that this is about two minutes faster than last year, and i had a good kick. Some things to work on are staying up front cuz i know ii can do it i do it in practice i just need to do it in races, and passing more. | |

PM-6 5 with striders. We went on mall run today. My legs felt like they barely hurt at all it felt so easy it was nice. Also we met a very lovely bearded man who has a tiny vocabulary, but he speaks really clear.

Well I didn't want to run alone today, so i called up matt and he ran with me thankfully. We ran parkway loop. It felt really hot outside so we didn't take it that fast. It was nice we had a nice conversation the whole time just about diffrent things in life. Felt fine the whole run didn't feel bad just getting the miles in. |

PM-8 Did rollercoasters felt really easy today except i was wearing all black. Foot somewhat bothered me i did 3 striders but stopped because my foot hurt. Then did weights and plyos. I think it is weird how everybody magically dissapears when its time to do those. |

Pm-workout today! We did 8x200 and 2x5 minute tempo plus Di warm and cool. The 200's were all strong but not sprinting around a 34 each time. I was happy when we were gonna do tempo because i love tempo runs. We started the tempo and i wanted to get about a 6:30 pace. I was leading the entire tempo so i was hoping i was going the right speed. We ended at an average of about 6:20ish maybe a little lower. Then we had our two minute rest. The second tempo i was out in front the whole time again, I was just trying to keep the same pace but i was getting cramps all over. I pushed through and we ended at the exact same spot as the first one so i would say pretty consistent. It was a really good workout! | |

Right now i feel like i am in the best shape i have ever been in, alot better shape then last xc and track seaosn. The last mile we pushed it really hard and ended up getting 5:26 and my breathing felt controlled the whole time. | |

Pm-9.5 We ran the river trail run. We did 6 easy miles and then did 2 miles of indian runs i just felt nice and relaxed the whole time, even when we picked it up a tiny on the indian runs. We stopped and got a drink at 2450 i was soooo thirsty. Once we got back to the high school we did 4xstadium hill sprints i did really good at pushing these i pushed really hard over the top of the hill. After that we had 4x100 sprints i felt really good on all of them could have had a little quicker turnover and shorter stride though. After had weights and then went to paint the town.
Also I have decided that we have the coolest freshman on the planet, they are so legit today had to be the funniest day ever. Yes our freshman are cooler than your freshman. | |

PM-7.75 Today we had a michigan i was somewhat excited actually. After the warm up to pizza hut we waited for the start. I really wanted to be one of the first jv boys done and get b standard today because i hadn't yet. The first 800 i was just trying to not get sucked in to going to fast but i finished a little slow in 3:07 i kept a stronger pace then i was supposed to on the mile and a half and came in to the second 800 about a minute ahead. The second 800 is always the hardest to me doing the speed change i think i did it well i forgot to look at my split. Then i went off back for the mile and a half, i am really glad i had kyler for this part or else i dont know if could have kept the pace. kyler gaped me by about 10 feet on the last lap before the 400 sprint. Coming onto the track it was really nice to look up and see i had 3 minutes to run a 400 if i wanted to get b standard. I really tried to change speeds into a sprint, i tried to but it wasnt really a sprint. I GOT B STANDARD HAPPY DAY 26:50. Today was a really good workout for me i also finished 2nd among the jv boys! I love tempo related workouts i always feel good on them. | |

Pm-7 Ran 4x30 seconds 3x800 and 2x1000 indian runs. I just felt like junk the whole time. I felt like i had no energy on the very first sprint, but i stayed up most of the time, it took so much more effort than usual. |

Am-3 For some reason all the guys broke up into 3 groups weird
Pm-8 Had michigans with a mile warm and cool and striders. I was tired going in but felt alright the first 800 was really fast about a 2:45 the rest of the time i just tried to stay the same pace and not slow down. I got 3 seconds off my last time 26:53 wasnt all that happy but got the same as last time so cant be that bad, my hip hurt a little today though. Also 17 laps of tempo around a track if you ever think you might want to try it, i shall tell you it is boring. | |

| | AM-11.5 Well i wasn't going to run this far, but then my sister persuaded me because she is training to run a half marathon. We ran down this road without turning for like 5 miles it took forever. We passed part of the BYU cross country team on our run though....they were going pretty fast. This was the farthest i have ever ran! We didn't go that fast went about an 8 minute mile for kaylee. The weather up here is amazing to run in, i wish it was like this in St. George |

| | Ran sandbergs with 4x200 felt great. Did the 400's on my own the last one i just shut off my mind and went alot faster than usual, and it felt easier so that was a nice breakthrough. |
| | Ran down to the 2450 park and did 2 miles of grass loops. Then we finished by running up around harts. After had 4x200 i dont know what the first two where but the last two were 31 and 29. |
| | Ran mile warm up then had 2x1 mile at tempo then 1x1000 1x400 4x200 The first mile i hit in 5:34 which is i think faster than any of my track times pathetic right. The second mile i was on pace for about a 5:50 then on the third lap i got a humongus cramp and stretched that. the 1000 wasn't too bad i could realy feel my legs wearing down right now but pushed through. The 400 was alright i did it in 1:10. I didn't drink at all today so i was feeling kinda dehydrated at this point. My first 3 200 were pretty slow then casey said something i dont remeber what on the last one, but it made me want to go fast. I bet it was one of the fastest 200 i have ever done, i blacked out at the end which is not good i really need to drink more just because it is cooling off does not mean drink less i learned. | |
| | Ran 6 with matt on the trail by the course. Wow there was some huge hills we had to go up. The 3 miles up we went about 8 minute pace other than our fartlecks. The way down the number 4 and 5 runners were across the street as we were on the trail, so we decided to try to keep them in seeing distance, so we did that mile in what felt like about 5:30 we were going so fast. It felt nice outside today. Total time for the run was 42:31 |

| | Today did a workout after pictures which took forever. We started out by warming up to pizza hut then we had 1x800 1x600 1x400 1x200 1x400 1x200. I did alright in this workout i wouldn't say i did necessarily good though. I have been sick the past couple days so my lungs were full of junk. |
| | Well didnt really know mileage but we did 8 wave hills felt alright. I could have pushed down the hill lots more but one time i slipped on the concrete at the bottom so i didn't want to do it again. |

Had master blasters today which is basiclly 6x200 but with hardly any rest. It was hard, i did alright. Excited for the state trip tommorow
and i only need one more mile for 750 for the school year so i got my goal of getting that by state.....barely. |

Pm-7 We had a workout and honestly i think it could have been my worst workout ever. It took SO much effort even to go kinda fast the past i can usually run barely breathing. It was kinda frustrating but i will just put this behind me. |
| | Ran right after school. We did rollercosters which is one of my favorite runs!! I felt really good all the way till about mile 6 then my legs started hurting a little. I stretched and went home, but once i got home my left leg has been hurting way bad so i have been stretching it alot but i dont know whats wrong |
| | Ran at 10 to a little bit past the high school. It was a little chilly outside but it felt really good. legs felt a little tired from the previous runs but glad i went out and got the run in. |
| | 2000 time trial plus 2x1000 on the time trial my first 1000 was 3:10 way to fast so i didn't do that good and ended up with a 6:41. I was kinda bummed but happy cuz i wanted to get a 6 40 going into it but have consistent times which i didn't. the next two 1000 i got 3:17 and 3:20 these are about the same times i got early in the year which was kinda frustrating, also that lots of people were beating me its not like i was going slow! positive is at least i didn't get slower than earlier in the year i guess... |

AM-Michigans! got there a little late cuz i woke up late, i took some ibeuprofen before cuz my hip was hurtin that helped alot. The first 800 felt super easy and we were going faster than usual. the first mile and a half i tripped and fell behind josh and danny, i stayed behind them the entire time the same distance after that. This first part I just tried to keep my form smooth and controlled, I felt really strong this first half. Then back to the track on the 800 i did it in about 3:20 so there i could improve on. The next mile and a half i started hurting, but most of the time when i start hurting i back off like a wimp, but this time i was like i can break through the pain, and i ran with the pain. This was a big step for me as i have only done this about twice all season. My last 400 was not the best the last 100 was the only part i really sprinted. My time was a minute slower than the last time but i felt like i had a great breakthrough with myself. I think the slower time could be that there was nobody there at all to push me but thats alright. overall felt like this was a great workout.

Pm-5 Didn't run after school because my mouth started hurting really bad. I ended up running about 7:30 it was really dark out and it felt great with just me and my thoughts. I went really quick on this run i averaged just under a 7 minute mile, it seems when i run by myself i start going really fast. |

Pm- Ran a workout of 1x1200 1x1000 1x800 1x600 and had two sets my hip was hurting really bad on the warmup so i wondered how long it would last. I went throught the first set and started the second 1200 when my hip made a big pop and it hurt really bad. It was kinda sad because i was feeling great today my breathing was fine and me danny and josh had a solid group. I stretched and went home and iced and hopefully it will feel better

Pm- time trial i felt pretty slugish today. I really worked on surging today to stay up with the gorup i was with. I was with Josh so i thought my time would be alot faster than last time. I got 1 second off last time. This year is kinda driving me insane I am trying to improve so much but I feel like i am in better shape than the beggining of the year but my speed is still the exact same on all the workouts. I am gonna try to really push workouts next week. |

PM-7 Ran warm up and then we had 1000's i didn't know how many we had but oh well coach said not to kill them. The first one i felt fine and was hardly breathing most of the time my times were 3:16 3:16 3:16 3:17 3:16 and coach all of the sudden said we were done. It felt really easy which was good because these were the times i ran at the beggining of the year and would be exhausted after. |

Pm-Had sunrise tire hills happy day....not. On the way over i wasn't feeling to great though. We got there and started and i felt fine again. I really worked on my turnover when i got tired it helped alot. Everytime i took about 4th or 3rd out of the guys Jason was always in the front. I put my shirt at the top of the hill for motivation if i ever wanted to stop at the bottom i would have to go back up and get my shirt. It actually worked the 4th one i really wanted to stop but I had to go get my shirt haha. Overall it went pretty well nice to have a good workout. |

AM4-Went out and ran a morning run of about 3.5. Once i got back me and my dad went and rode 20 miles at a pretty good pace. It is perfect weather here i love it
PM-6 Went down and ran by the river here, kinda scary cuz it was ghetto. My first mile was 8:10 and then the next 5 were all about 6:30ish range it ended up with a 6:58 average. So it was like a long tempo but a little less effort for me it felt nice, even after the run and the bike ride in the morning. Running by myself is hard to keep my pace down but tommorow i am gonna make sure i keep it easy. |

AM-6 ran out on this dirt trail for about a mile and then it went into a dirt loop. The loop happened to be exactly a mile so i ran around it 3 times then came back and did striders in a field. Felt pretty bad this morning, but glad i got the run in. Average pace was a 7:05
PM-3 Casey got into town so i ran with him. It felt great to run with somebody, and we went really slow so i felt great. |

AM-5 with 4 200's nice and easy with kaylee so we went slower, but not super slow. Felt great this morning i love thanksgiving! Probobly because i love food.
PM-3 Didn't get out until 4. Since everybody is running turkey trots today i decided to do somewhat of a little tempo on this. i Ran it in 20:11 with an average pace of a 6:44 except this felt really easy, so it was a nice run, now im ready for food. |

Went out to run at about one, I ran over to the springs area and back. I put two hard miles in at about 6:10 pace but i didnt feel smooth at all. I am glad i got in a run everyday this week alot of the time i didn't want to because there was nobody to push me out the door. |

pm-5 We did a mile time trial. i got 5:32 It was hard because i was alone and just wasnt there mentally i should have stuck with ridge. My body is in shape enough to go in the really low or under 5's its just my mind holding me back i gotta break the mental barrier. |

PM-5 lately i have been feeling really good in the morning and then terrible in the afternoons! Today we had our ice cream run we ran to starbucks then went to arctic circle to get ice cream. After slowly eating my ice cream i ran back with josh and we had 4x200 which with ice cream in your stomach are somewhat hard. |

It was a nice drizzly morning, i went out with my sister at about 8. I ran with her for about 2 miles it was nice we just talked and it was just a nice relaxing run. She was running ten so i left her and my last three miles i ran pretty fast on. It's almost christmas!!! |
| | Merry Christmas everybody!! So today after laying around my sister dragged me out and we went for a run. We averaged just above 8 minute pace so it was a nice relaxing run on a nice relaxing day. |
