| | well today was not that hot it felt kinda nice outside but the run was hard but i felt like i did good today

| | well today was horrible!!!! the race kinda bumed me out cuz ive been workin so hard all summer but i got almost the exact same time as last year but i guess everybody can have a bad race. right at the beginning i got a cramp so i was not happy. well coach said to say something positive about the race well i dont see much but positives i guess are that the team did great today another positive i finished the race hopefully the next one is better | |
| | well todays run was HOT!!!! i am glad for the tasty substance of water today i thought we were gonna run like 4 or 5 then coach sadly said eight and a half i felt pretty crappy the whole run till we hit the river which felt amazing!!!! but after that i felt good again and i finished right behind devin and jared so that made me feel accomplished i am hoping i do good on the time trial tomorrow how the heck do you spell tommrow i am gonna fail english |
| | well today we had our time trail for the team and i was way happy about how i did. i wish my time would have been a bit faster but my placing on the team 10th or 11th i think i was happy about it really gave me a confidence boost after the ceader meet it was hard but i just kinda embraced the pain |

Hurricane (3 Miles) 00:20:02, Place overall: 20 | | well today i was kinda nervous for the race but i started out pretty good i kept up with the top guys for a tiny. I was really happy with my first mile which the guy at the mile mark said was about a 5:56 so that was nice well todays goal for me was get in the top 20 and break 20 minutes the first goal of getting in the top 20 was succesful as i got 20th haha the time goal however was 2 lame seconds of but i guess that is an improvement. at the end of the race i felt not as tired as i thought i think i could have pushed just a bit harder oh well theres always next race | |
| | well today was 1000 and i thought i did pretty well i was in the first four to finsih every single time but once on days like these i qestion why i live in saint george because i fell like a sad little popsicle who might melt into the pavement it is so hot. the run was hard but i was happy weights after though i think i hurt something in my knee it hurt really bad so i iced it but its now feelin better |
| | today was a speed workout around the track i thought i did really good at pushing myself on it the track was a bit hot though i am kinda startin to like speed workouts they are fun but challenging |

| | Today i went out on a run by myself, it was nice my breathing is still all wack but thats prolly because i am way out of shape. I cant wait to get in better shape |
