Pm- coe workout #2. it was a 200, 220 ,240 260 280 300. My times were supposed to be 40, 42, 44, 46, 48, 50. The first 3 i was fast by 1 second and was still pretty controlled. The next one i hit a 47, then the next a 48, so that one was right on. The 300 i really focused on having quick feet i ended with a 45 i was really happy with this workout. |
