AM-3 with plyos

PM-4x1600 at 6:16. This workout felt really easy. The only problem was going to fast. Our times were 6:02 6:15 6:11 6:11. I

Just a heads up. You should have 10 miles not 11 cause u did harts. It's just one mile but if u want to change it u can haha

Well we counted each lap we did

after each mile, so wouldn't that equal 11?
