AM-6.75 Today we went down into hells hole to do a hill workout. We had 4x1minute and 6x30 seconds. The first one we started out real slow. By the end of the one minute ones though we got almost the exact same spot everytime, and i was always close to the front person. The first 30 second ones all the soccer guys took off so i just kinda stayed in the middle. The next few i just tried to stay by casey. The last one i had to really push myself to go fast im usuaally to wimpy to push myself but it felt good! So excited for this year
PM-3 Really tired but decided to go get the miles in. About a half mile in i saw casey, we were wearing the exact same thing....creepy. I ran with him for about 2 miles then came back home, it was a nice easy slow pace maybe a little to slow haha |
