Pm- we had 4x1600. Today i wasn't feeling good i can tell im starting to get sick. On the warm up my legs were just dead it felt like i had just ran a workout. Our first one was 6:02 way off i am supposed to get 5:45 the next 3 i got 6:01 on all of them it was really frustrating i just felt horrible today at least i kept my times consistent even if they were bad. Lifting after. |
