Am-7 Today we went down into hells hole to do one of our last hill workouts! We started out pretty slow cuz we were all pretty tight from the race but gradually got faster. We had 5x1 minute and 7x30 seconds. I was near the front on every single one. I was only able to do about 3 30 second ones before i had to go cuz i had to get my car to my mom. So when i got home I finished it up and did 4 30 second ones on my street which is a pretty nice hill. |
