Went running at 615 today because I had to drop off my Japanese student, this is the last week I have him then I can run with the team finally. Kyler came with me so I wouldn't have to run alone what a nice guy! I felt really tired going into the workout but the first two were alright 6:48 6:45 The third and fourth ones my hip hurt and I wasn't smooth at all 6:42 6:42 The next two kyler had something wrong with his stomach so we said we would go slower, it felt like we were going slower but nope 6:42 6:32. My legs were really tired after this workout but I felt like I got good times in, kind of nervous to start racing soon. |
