Pm-9.5 We ran the river trail run. We did 6 easy miles and then did 2 miles of indian runs i just felt nice and relaxed the whole time, even when we picked it up a tiny on the indian runs. We stopped and got a drink at 2450 i was soooo thirsty. Once we got  back to the high school we did 4xstadium hill sprints i did really good at pushing these i pushed really hard over the top of the hill. After that we had 4x100 sprints i felt really good on all of them could have had a little quicker turnover and shorter stride though. After had weights and then went to paint the town.

Also I have decided that we have the coolest freshman on the planet, they are so legit today had to be the funniest day ever. Yes our freshman are cooler than your freshman.
