Today was a hard run but it felt good. We went and ran up meat griner. We did 2x30 seconds and 4x1 minute i felt alright most of the time i was in the middle most of the hill workout. The last one i really tried pushing it and i wanted to stop so bad but it felt good. Got to the top of the hill then ran down the other side and i didnt face plant! then went back to the park and ran 2 in the grass, it was so thicik and long it felt like we were going so slow |
