Today we ran 5 down into hells hole. I felt really great the entire time. once we got down there we did 8 10 second hill bounds i didnt really get how to do them at the begginging but i somewhat got what i was doing by the end of them. After we finished those we ran a half mile till we turned around. Then the horrible part of coming out of hells hole cuz the giant hill, but actually the hill wasn't that bad i was just thinking of bounding the whole time. The group got kinda spread out on the hill so on the way back it was just me jason and josh. |
