My goals right now are just to get back into shape, I would love to run a half marathon in the spring.

Only ran once this week and my hip and knee hurt a lot. Took the rest of the week off, but I did a lot of stretches and iced a lot. This next week I want to get back to running every day, hopefully my body allows it.
