First day of XC practice!!!! We ran a nice easy 3 past the fire station. I felt really good for the first run being back from a break.
Nice easy 3 miles felt great surprisingly

Ran up at youth conference and we accidently ran too far, but I felt fine running farther and at higher altitude.
