Today we had our first workout of the season! it was 6 minutes hard, my goal was to make it a mile because it was on grass and im out of shape. When we started I was right behind Byron and Abel so I hung back a bit so I wouldn't die out. I ran pretty consistent splits and felt like I pushed myself a lot. I got almost exactly to the mile mark, not the placing on the team I wanted but I got my goal I started with. This year is going to be great! |
