decided i would blog again. I have still ran everyday just nice easy miles. Woke up at 5 to get this run in. Felt really tight throughout the run. Average pace was 7:12

AM-Ran 4 with my sister, its nice getting to run with her and catch up and talk and the pace is really easy.

Pm-3 Decided i wanted to go a little harder because i went so easy this morning i Ran the 3 miles in 18:10 Which is like a pr sadly. it was really hot but i felt good.

Today I went biking with my dad. We went out around sand hollow, so there was lots of hills. I was super tired by the end it was 42 miles but I wanted to see how hard it was to run after. So I went out for 2.5 miles. It was hard for the first mile but then my legs eased into it and It didn't feel too bad. I think I might want to do a half ironman one day, if I ever learn to swim
