| | A nice run at night, feeling rested after a nice holiday. I went and tried to donate plasma today, i guess my veins aren't good enough, weird because I am pretty sure my veins are more visible than almost anyone I know! Also I am looking for a new running watch, any good recommendations would be appreciated!

| | Quick run after my night class, it was a guitar class! I think it will be super fun! The run was good, legs were pretty tired at the end as it is the farthest I have gone in a long time, but breathing felt pretty normal so thats good.

| | nice easy run with my friend, she is preparing for a half marathon next week, so she is super nervous. Nice to have someone to talk to during a run!

| | interestingly enough I am exactly a mile and a half from each temple, so today I just ran down to the city center temple, it was a good run, and I didn't have to wait for any lights, that was a plus! Stomach was a little uneasy but my legs felt great!

| | didn't get out until about 11 at night, so it was just me on the street basically. A homeless man ran with me for about a quarter mile that was interesting to say the least, he was nice.

| | It was the perfect running weather today! this run though I feel like nothing went right, it was a lot harder than it should have been, so that was kind of a drag, but I guess off days happen
