4-We ran to starbucks, it was nice to run again! It felt nice and super easy my breathing wasn't bad but my stomach hurt because i did an ab workout with my sister last night.
Ran and then played three hours of basketball so i was pretty tired. The strategy in basketball was they get the rebound and i sprint as fast as i can as they throw it to me and i make a lay up, after a couple of those sprints i was tired.
