well today was horrible!!!! the race kinda bumed me out cuz ive been workin so hard all summer but i got almost the exact same time as last year but i guess everybody can have a bad race. right at the beginning i got a cramp so i was not happy. well coach said to say something positive about the race well i dont see much but positives i guess are that the team did great today another positive i finished the race hopefully the next one is better
