AM-6 Today we ran hills i was supposed to run 3x1 minute and 4x30 seconds i started and felt great the first two i was in the front and then the third one my knee just started hurting way bad so i just ran around a neighborhood to make mileage as they finished up the hills i hope my knee gets better i hate not being able to do the full workout

PM-3 Just went out and got in an easy 3 felt fine the whole time. Plus the knee felt completely fine so thats a plus!

Injuries are tough. But being able trace is much tougher. keep it easy and work on it a lot.
