Ran mile warm up then had 2x1 mile at tempo then 1x1000 1x400 4x200 The first mile i hit in 5:34 which is i think faster than any of my track times pathetic right. The second mile i was on pace for about a 5:50 then on the third lap i got a humongus cramp and stretched that. the 1000 wasn't too bad i could realy feel my legs wearing down right now but pushed through. The 400 was alright i did it in 1:10. I didn't drink at all today so i was feeling kinda dehydrated at this point. My first 3 200 were pretty slow then casey said something i dont remeber what on the last one, but it made me want to go fast. I bet it was one of the fastest 200 i have ever done, i blacked out at the end which is not good i really need to drink more just because it is cooling off does not mean drink less i learned.
