First track workout we had 2x1 mile at 6:16 pace. Well me krenshaw, josh, and dave started going our first one was a 6:03 so pretty fast, even though it felt easy. The next one was a 5:57 this one started getting a tiny hard on the fourth lap but still easy. We should have slowed down more and just hit our times like we were supposed to it was a learning experience next time we will hit our times like we are supposed to and not go too fast. |
