had mile repeats today and because of my kosmint test i was supposed to hit 5:52. The first one i felt totally fine and it felt easy and i hit this one in 5:46 the next one i was feeling a good again but on the 4th lap my leg started cramping and i finished that one in 5:54. The third one i started and after the first lap my leg cramped like crazy to were i could barely run i hit the 800 in 2:55 and had to stop for cramping and just jogged around a little to try to see if it would go away. I really need to drink water more, it was a bummer because i was feeling so strong. After had weights i did 13 pull ups! |
