AM-3 had a hard time breathing this morning

Pm-5 went home and did some breathing thing cuz i havent been able to breath all day. Then ran the warm up and cool down then added a little extra after

Am-3 Got to bed really early last night so i feel better today

Pm-Icehouse. Man that hill is a killer! last time we ran it i couldnt make it all the way up, but this time i did! Felt great today

Am-8 Ran 30 minute tempo with krenshaw this morning. The first mile we hit a 5:50 and i felt fine. After that my hip started acting up and hurt alot, so i stayed about 10-15 feet back from krenshaw until i got lost on the turn on the river trail and wandered a little bit. I still hit a solid tempo with an average of about 6:05-6:10 so not that bad but not as good as last week. I strtetched and rolled so my hips feel better

AM-3 and plyos

PM-7 1x800 2x400 4x200 on old man hills. My legs felt like concrete almost the entire time. I tried to just stay right behind krenshaw which i did on most of them. My legs finally started to feel better with 2x200's left. Weights after it was hard i was tired

I got sidetracked and accidently went 7. My LT pace was alright it took me a minute to get into it but i averaged a 6:02
