Today we had 10x400 at the very begging i couldn't really get my legs moving they were really sore from yesterdays workout about the first i hit a 1:20 which is what my target goal was then manu and matt came and ran and they really helped push me the 3 times i ran with them i got about a 1:18 The ninth was a 1:15 then my final one i had to wait a second cuz i was getting cramps so i ran it with the varsity guys and i got a 1:13 today it felt like the more i did the better i felt i like this workout alot |
