Well today the mile total was supposed to be 4, but at the end my watch said 6.5. Today we had our 30/30 workout and I was supposed to get 134 meters. It was all in all pretty easy, at about 25 it started hurting but at about 30 it was all mental. I got a good pacing down so that I would hit right on the mark every time, other than the time I fell flat on my butt in the slippery part and had to sprint to make my goal. Coach stopped us at 40, but i felt like I could have gone a lot longer if I had to. |
