Today we had 3 mile repeats. Its a really easy workout I was supposed to still hit 7:47 but hit 7:16 7:16 7:16 so it was a really consistent workout. My shoes finally started to bug me I think its time to put them to rest after more than 1200 miles, my hip started aching a bit at the end
The morning we had hill bounds and sprints. It was nice I was up in the top group like usual. I don't miss running the hells hole hill that's for sure!
8 by myself because I couldn't make it to practice and be back in time for work. Didn't go very fast but I got it in. My shoulders are really sore from doing pull ups yesterday I think my total all day was 32.
Ran at night again with preston, Byron, Matt, Krenshaw and Abel. It was a nice run. I think the dark makes us want to go faster because by the end we were going really fast.
