Today we had mile repeats but we had 5 this time. the first two we were going slow but still under my pace im supposed to get it felt like we were jogging 7:29 7:29. The next one was good and we hit 7:00. After that josh and reed left so it was just me and colton and apparently we got a little antsy it didn't feel like we were going that fast 6:22. I then had to sprint home to make it to work I got home in enough time I decided to run another mile at my house that one was 7:02.
AM-7 Really hard hill workout down in hells hole. We had 4x1 minute and 6x30 seconds i stayed up with everybody fine on the minute ones then my stomach started bugging me so I didn't go as hard on the 30 seconds. I was so tired by the end of the run, my legs are really sore now.
