Went and did a small workout on the track at BYU. Wow i am not in speed shape that is for sure. It has been a long time since i have tried to run a decently fast 400. I ran a 200, 400, 800, 400, 200. My times were 36, 1:15, 2:40 1:13, 30. Good workout, I want to do more speedwork and get used to going faster.
