Pm-workout today! We did 8x200 and 2x5 minute tempo plus Di warm and cool. The 200's were all strong but not sprinting around a 34 each time. I was happy when we were gonna do tempo because i love tempo runs. We started the tempo and i wanted to get about a 6:30 pace. I was leading the entire tempo so i was hoping i was going the right speed. We ended at an average of about 6:20ish maybe a little lower. Then we had our two minute rest. The second tempo i was out in front the whole time again, I was just trying to keep the same pace but i was getting cramps all over. I pushed through and we ended at the exact same spot as the first one so i would say pretty consistent. It was a really good workout!
