Pm-6 5 with striders felt really tired and it felt really hard i just want to get back into the shape i was in. I was only not running for a week but it felt like i hadn't ran in a month
Pm-7 We had a workout and honestly i think it could have been my worst workout ever. It took SO much effort even to go kinda fast the past i can usually run barely breathing. It was kinda frustrating but i will just put this behind me.
Ran right after school. We did rollercosters which is one of my favorite runs!! I felt really good all the way till about mile 6 then my legs started hurting a little. I stretched and went home, but once i got home my left leg has been hurting way bad so i have been stretching it alot but i dont know whats wrong
Ran at 10 to a little bit past the high school. It was a little chilly outside but it felt really good. legs felt a little tired from the previous runs but glad i went out and got the run in.
