Today we ran 5 down into hells hole. I felt really great the entire time. once we got down there we did 8 10 second hill bounds i didnt really get how to do them at the begginging but i somewhat got what i was doing by the end of them. After we finished those we ran  a half mile till we turned around. Then the horrible part of coming out of hells hole cuz the giant hill, but actually the hill wasn't that bad i was just thinking of bounding the whole time. The group got kinda spread out on the hill so on the way back it was just me jason and josh.

Ran up to the dirt mile today. On the way up we were going really slow so i am glad we sped up once we got there. This run was pretty easy felt fine and relaxed the whole time. After played some ultimate frisbee, and i found out i cant really throw a frisbee straight, like at all

Today met up wiht a bunch of the guys, i am really glad we met up or else i would have had a really hard time getting out to run. we met over by maverik and ran the trail by the river. I felt fine the whole time it was a really nice day. Abel kept up with us the whole time, he is looking really strong for only coming for a few weeks! average pace was 7:50

Today we ran out in tonaquin park or however its spelled! it was kinda a random run cuz we didnt go the right way. i felt great the whole time i am really excited for this season!

today woke up late so i knew it would be hot when i ran. Before my run i went and got new running shoes cuz my other ones dont seem to have long left. i felt great on this run other than the heat i was going around 7 minute pace the whole time and it felt easy. I have ran three saturdays in a row that ties for the amount i think for all last season...wow i was a slacker but that will change!

AM-7 Ran out to middleton today felt bad till about the 4 mile mark then felt really good glad the long run of the week is over with now

PM-3 Just ran to arctic circle and back putting ice in your hat makes running in heat much more managable after we lifted weights and had a plank off to see who could plank longest i won with a time of 5:02

Ran up ot the dirt mile today. My legs felt pretty sore from yesterday. We went a pretty good Pace on the two laps up there first one was 6: 57 i think and the second was around 6:35. After had kids club and for some reason the 1st grade girls decided they did not like me today and attacked me the whole time i even found a bite mark on my arm.

Today we did some hill bounders i finally get how to do those...its not like they were hard to do i'm just a little challenged. Then we ran parkway backwards it would have been a lovely run had i not had to use the bathroom. Other than that i felt great today my abs felt a little sore today though

Ran 4 with striders. Ran at 6 cuz casey and micheal had to leave for scout camp at 7 it was a nice easy enjoyable run out in the fields. Now i get to go run up in the mountains for a few days

Today ran 6 in the morning with mike and casey lots and lots of tuff hills. The altitude was pretty hard to run in. Later went on a 2 mile hike then went for a 2 mile run after the hike

AM-8 Today we ran out to around staheli farm  i felt alright most of the time my stomach hurt but thats probobly because i was hungry before the run. My left knee felt like it exploded around mile 7 it hurt way bad so i came home and iced it hopefully it feels better

PM- My knee was hurting really really bad at the begging i didnt know if i was gonna finish the easy three miler but the more i went the more it loosened up so that was good! Weights after did 45 pull ups...my arms are sore

Today we went and ran up at the dirt mile. My knee really hurt today but i stuck with the group. Im going ot ice and take ibeuprofen or however thats spelled. Mile times up at the dirt mile were pretty quick 6:36 and 6:24 somewhere around there. Kids camp was fun today they didn't attack me!

AM-6 Today we ran hills i was supposed to run 3x1 minute and 4x30 seconds i started and felt great the first two i was in the front and then the third one my knee just started hurting way bad so i just ran around a neighborhood to make mileage as they finished up the hills i hope my knee gets better i hate not being able to do the full workout

PM-3 Just went out and got in an easy 3 felt fine the whole time. Plus the knee felt completely fine so thats a plus!

We did 4 on the grass plus striders today. Knee bugged me a bit at the first but went away be the end. It felt like we were going really slow today maybe because everybody was tired from yesterday. Excited for camp  next week!!

Today was a hard run but it felt good. We went and ran up meat griner. We did 2x30 seconds and 4x1 minute i felt alright most of the time i was in the middle most of the hill workout. The last one i really tried pushing it and i wanted to stop so bad but it felt good. Got to the top of the hill then ran down the other side and i didnt face plant! then went back to the park and ran 2 in the grass, it was so thicik and long it felt like we were going so slow

Today me casey, michael, jason and wes went out and did a trail run. It was a really nice morning for running! I felt great the entire time until i somewhat rolled me ankle at mile 4 it wasnt that bad i could still run the last mile fine. I want to start doing trail runs more!

Nice easy 4 running out towards the school! My ankle really bugged from hurting it saturday but i am gonna get an ankle brace! leaving for xc camp today should be super fun!

Ran 6 when we got up to camp i felt fine it was a nice run

AM-10 Today was my first 10 miler it seemed to feel like forever long. The first few miles my legs couldnt really get moving but after they finally loosened out i was fine.

PM-3 My legs felt really tired i just kinda hung out in the back

AM-4 I was supposed to go 6 this morning but the knee started hurting again so i only got 4 went back to camp and stretched it really good

PM-3 Knee felt better it was my last run at camp i wish we always ran in the mountains i love it.

AM-10 We ran out to grapevine and then out into coral canyon i felt amazing on this run after the big hill it was just me, casey, jason, and coach. There was alot of hills in this run i thought they would never end. We had the last 3 miles tempo i know the first one was 6:05 but then i kinda fell off but not too much until i got a drink at coaches house i am not sure about the other miles but i think i finiished in around 18 minutes which would be a PR sad i know..but that just proves how legit this year is gonna be!!

PM-3 Just a  nice easy afternoon run i had a sideache but it went away. Had weights and half set of plyos after, and it rained!!!
